By signing this form you agree to join the Lazy F & Co. Crew and be part of it for a minimum of three (3) shipments. There is no upfront cost to join, however, your credit card will be charged automatically three (3) times in a calendar year. We will send an email each time to let you know the exact amount that will be charged to your account. Requests to cancel are to be made in writing after receiving your three (3) shipments.
